Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of unfill.io, a product of Cloud Vertex LLC (“we”, “us”). By using unfill.io you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
unfill.io turns audio and video recordings into editable presentations and follow-up emails. We may change, add, or remove features over time.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at hello@unfill.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
Recordings and consent
Only upload recordings you have the right to use. Many places require the consent of everyone on a call before it is recorded. You are responsible for getting that consent and for complying with recording and privacy laws that apply to you and the people in your recordings. Before each upload or link, you confirm that you recorded it lawfully and have consent from everyone on the recording where the law requires it.
Your content
You own your recordings, transcripts, and generated decks. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. We do not train AI models on your files. See our Privacy Policy for details and retention.
AI-generated output
Decks and emails are generated by AI and can contain mistakes, including wrong names, numbers, or commitments. Review everything before you send or rely on it.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is a one-time trial of 2 deck generations and does not include combining recordings. Pro includes 30 decks per month, combined decks of up to 10 recordings (6 hours total), and share links, and is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Manage billing; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Do not use unfill.io to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, or try to bypass limits, access other users' data, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work to keep unfill.io running, but it is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. Generated files are deleted after 30 days, so keep your own copies.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to unfill.io is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost deals or lost profits.
Ending use
You can stop using unfill.io anytime. To delete your account, email privacy@unfill.io. We may end or suspend access for violations of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
